Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul

Absolutely loved the spacious room, the living area was perfect to have some night snacks from the nearby markets (Namdaemun!). It was very clean and very cozy especially in the cold weather. The location of the hotel was great too! It's a short walk from City Hall station (take exit 7) and Namdaemun is nearby, go through it and it's Hoehyeon station (next stop Myeongdong). And behind the hotel, there's tons of eateries at night! Great if you wanna have some bbq or ramyeon with some grilled meats.

The location, the spa and gym facilities, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. The toilet and bathroom is clean and spacious. I especially would like to express gratitude to the the front desk night manager on duty on 19/1 -21/1 who was very responsive in addressing the heated floor issue of my room and arranged me to be upgrade me to another room, though I eventually did not take the offer as I preferred the view of the original room more. Actually the room cleaning staff are very nice too, there is a young lady cleaning staff who speaks very good English and very helpful in teaching me how to operate the heater controls on the wall.

My second time at this property. Much better than the first. Will be back. Staff - overall good staff in particular the lady on B shift really assisted my issues promptly - thank you. My first room was facing another hotels rooms which was too close for my comfort. You could see everything. I called reception straight away to change rooms and they were able to room move me to the other side. My duvet cover in the new room had stains but quickly resolved. Location - 10 mins walk to station and myeongdong. Room - the corner room was spacious and comfortable. Simple , sufficient amenities and decor.

The room was spacious and modern, the bed was big and very comfortable. We received bottled water daily in our room, tea and coffee powder was also replenished. The bathroom was also a decent size with huge mirrors and a great hair dryer.
