Absolutely loved the spacious room, the living area was perfect to have some night snacks from the nearby markets (Namdaemun!). It was very clean and very cozy especially in the cold weather. The location of the hotel was great too! It's a short walk from City Hall station (take exit 7) and Namdaemun is nearby, go through it and it's Hoehyeon station (next stop Myeongdong). And behind the hotel, there's tons of eateries at night! Great if you wanna have some bbq or ramyeon with some grilled meats.

The hotel was a decent location. Close to subway and buses meters from the front door. What was a nice surprise was their spa facilities. It was something I wasn’t looking for when I booked however it was a pleasant surprise to see Japanese like sento/onsen style hot baths and sauna. Amenities were spotless and were segregated between male and female. Staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. When I return to Seoul, this will be my hotel of choice.

+ The location is great, i think it can’t be better than this. It takes only 5 minutes to the subway, 15 minutes to Myeongdong and the Palast. But it’s still not that touristy. + amazing view! + there is a sauna. Well we have been there only once but it still a +. + fresh towels and water every day.

Property was next to a lot of food establishments, subway exits, and a foreigner friendly medical clinic. Staff were very accommodating and gave us recommendations on what to do in Namdaemun. Queen sized bed was comfortable

The room was more like a suite although the room we booked on line was a deluxe category. the bathroom facility was excellent with very modern fittings. Everything you needed for a 6 day stay was more than anticipated making our stay extra special. We had an emergency situation on our last night denying using the commode. We had to leave quite early the next day to the airport. I spoke to the FOM to arrange a bathroom to use. He was so quick and took care of the matter immediately without any hesitation understanding our need. The location was excellent with several eating places. Can get about very conveniently. Took a taxi for transport to travel within the city. All in all the Hotel met all our needs. Special mention must be made of the cleaning staff who did their duty so efficiently and even with very little understanding of the language, they did their best to to accommodate our requests.

Newer building and modern design. Quick response to any requests - broken shower handle, broken bathroom door (However these could have been checked properly before releasing for check in by housekeeping governance) Stayed 8 nights, Premier double was spacious, clean, modern, lighting was very good too. Occasionally used indoor parking facility. Quieter hotel with less large tourists groups.

It has a great location in the middle of the city—within walking distance from Seoul station, and there are many restaurants and cafes in the area. The room size is big and spacious with enough storage space.

This is a very good hotel near central station of Seoul. The rooms are very clean. English speaking staff is very nice. Even though breakfast was not included in my room rate I used a couple times the breakfast option on the First Floor. Good solid breakfast with western options. Actually they have all you need. Even international airline crews are using this hotel. So its quite during the night. I would stay there again any time. Thanks for hosting me Fraser Place Namdaemun Hotel :)

Good location, walking distance to City Hall, Deoksugung palace, Gwanghuamun place, Cheonggyecheon (the walkable stream), Namdaemun markets, Myeongdong, Seoul Station.. Lots of eateries around. The studio itself is so spacious and well equipped, washing machine, kitchenette, sitting room. It’s literally a home away from home. The staff speak impeccable English and are well trained & friendly. The concierge managed to call a taxi for us (after the protest) and we got to Seoul Station in good time to catch the Arex (express train) to Incheon airport. Thank you so much 🙏
